ALFREDO SAUCE
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 236 ml Heavy Cream 1 Garlic Clove 2 oz (57g) Romano Cheese 2 oz (57g) Parmesan Cheese 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg (powder) PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Melt a tablespoon unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat. 2- Stir in black pepper and nutmeg powder. 3- Mash a fresh garlic clove into the pot and fry the ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. 4- Pour in heavy cream and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. 5- Add romano and parmesan cheese and stir well. 6- Keep stirring and continue the heat for about 5 more minutes until the cheese is well dissolved into the mixture.
